Communication, Connection, Confidence

I am an American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) accredited Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with current licenses in Nevada and Oregon. I have been an SLP since 2008 and currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I provide a wholistic approach, taking into account all areas of development that may impact communication, feeding/swallowing or social engagement.  Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home and/or via teletherapy.  I serve clients of all ages, from infancy to adulthood. Explore the services I offer and reach out either via email or phone to see if we would be a good fit.

Using my training with the DIR Floortime method of therapy as well as the parent coaching program Hanen More Than Words, I provide play based therapy to those struggling to make connections, have relationship based interactions and understand and use language. I provide therapy in individual, group and sibling included interactions. Please get in touch to schedule an initial consultation.

Feeding challenges can be a frustrating situation at home and community. Using the SOS Approach to Feeding program I provide a sensory based play experience with food to help kids increase the range of foods they accept. I also work with families to provide coaching for mealtime routines to help children move from being a picky eater to explorative feeder. Contact me today to discuss your child's particular needs.

I have completed the Social Thinking clinical training and use this methodology as well as some of my personal techniques to help children ages 4+ to adulthood work through social learning challenges including perspective taking, joint attention, group collaboration and the challenge of understanding the dynamic social world. Please get in touch to schedule an initial consultation.

Executive Functions are what help us be successful with everything in life; however, we develop them at different rates. Adults and children often struggle with organization, planning, time management and prioritizing. If this is you or your child, there is help! I am trained in the Executive Functioning Success Seeing My Time program developed by Marydee Sklar of the Sklar Method. When combined with other personalized methods, this program can help a scattered teenager or adult become organized, more efficient, and achieve goals. Please get in touch to schedule an initial consultation.

Services offered for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, social learning challenges, cognitive impairment, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), stroke, Aphasia and acquired Apraxia of speech. I focus on personal goals, functional therapy and return to work or school. Family participation is welcomed and encouraged.

All services are offered in clients home or via teletherapy.

Call or email me today for more information and to schedule a consultation.
